Claudia Santa Cruz

Ms Claudia Santa Cruz, Master of Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the Institute of Applied Psychology.

Until 2009, responsible for Social Inclusion Projects of the Lisbon Municipality.

Working since 2010 in the Lisbon Municipal Police, conducting studies on Police-Citizen Relationships, participation in community groups in the framework of community policing, promoting police and civil society partnerships to identify, prioritize and solve security problems (Security Groups, Community Networks, Community Groups).

Responsible for profiling Community Policing Teams and trainer in the Behavioural Field, particularly in Conflict and Stress Management, Communication, Mediation and Team Work.

Institutional representative and participant in international projects related to intercultural mediation for urban security.

Since 2017, responsible for the Studies, Planning and Control Unit, designing and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems (internal performance indicators and evaluation of police interventions) and responsible for the Strategic Training Plan.
