Beyond the classroom

One of the missions of our school is the promotion of local cultural heritage (in Brussels) which is integrated in our lessons. We teach language classes to students of 140 different nationalities, so there is an enormous richness of different and shared heritage within our organisation.  We also wish to assist our students with their integration in society and the job market. We consider the understanding of and the creation of interest in cultural heritage as part of this integration process. Our school is due to start a KA2 partnership on cultural heritage in September 2018 entitled Beyond the classroom: Cultural Heritage Through the Learning of English, French and Spanish as a foreign language, so the focus of this particular contact seminar is very interesting and relevant for our international exchange.
